Which is better,PIBM Pune or MILE Pune?

Being a alumni of Lovely Professional University I would say Lovely professional University is achieving its own Shine regularly at a higher pace be it academic, research, technology, exposures (both national and international),placements ,accreditation, Curriculum Rigor and of course a conducive and diversified campus environment to live in.

If I talk about Infrastructure, LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available.

Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic.

I had a great academic exposure during my time at LPU. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time in the campus which actually help them gain valuable knowledge.

LPU providing quality education, and have provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations,Tie-ups etc.

Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills.The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. A Salary package of 42 LPA was offered by Amazon.

The centre for Professional enhancement of LPU aims at developing new skill sets to its students besides improving their existing skills and competencies. The students get trained in Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, Verbal Ability, and Soft Skills by professional faculties. It has 7 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel. 6 out of 7 have attached bathroom in boys hostel but all in girls hostel have attached bathrooms.There are many variety of rooms are available depends on your choice like 1 seater ac/non-ac, 2 seater ac/non-ac and many more.There are apartments also available in lpu campus so if you want to go for apartment then also you can opt it for. Along with all this lpu also provides free WiFi.

LPU is a definately a good university where you will get lot to explore if u will apply efforts. As there are lot of students, so lot of opportunities are also there in all fields of life like sports,act,swimming,dancing and many more.The main thing is that you have to explore,if u will waste your time in sleeping and using phone in the hostel than definately u will regret. It's my suggestion at least follow one sports,join for that sport club or acting,dancing as your passion and always try to indulge yourself in something.

Honestly, calling any college better is really a tricky thing as something that is great for one person might be bad for another. Based on my personal experience, I might call MILE, Pune a better option, but you can easily find students who don’t like it. So, instead of just going with a third person’s opinion about any college, compare both the colleges yourself and then make the right choice. Now, if you want help with the points on which you should compare both the college, I can definitely help you with it. Make a list of the below given points to compare both the colleges and then choose the one that meets on your criteria the best.

I know when it comes to the MBA Colleges; campus placement is the only thing students are more worried about. But there are a number of other factors as well that help you make the final choice.

Experience of teachers and guest lectures: I remember attending guest lectures from some of the industry experts during my MBA. And trust me, these used to be really knowledgeable and helpful. So in addition to the experience of the faculty, you should also try to find out the guest lectures organized at the campus.

Facilities: As most of the students live in hostels while pursuing MBA, quality of the hostel and the facilities there make a lot of difference. As far as I have heard about these 2 colleges, MILE, Pune has an awesome hostel with facilities like round the clock Wi-Fi, quality food and healthy environment.

Placement: You must check the placement facilities in the college. Most of the MBA colleges boast about great placements in top companies. Instead of going with the college claims, you should talk to the college students as they can only show you the real picture.

Fees: Undoubtedly fees make an important factor when choosing a college for a professional degree. Carefully check all the details and opt for a college that fits into your budget.

As far as my personal suggestion is concerned, I would recommend MILE, Pune as this college has great faculty, teaching pedagogy and placements. And the unique features that forced me to choose it over PIBM are:

Skill development

The college doesn't believe in only providing theoretical knowledge. Looking at the need of the hour, it also focuses on skill development. The college has impetus from the Government of India through various programs run by National Skill Development Corporation.

Industrial exposure

The only way to get ready for the corporate world after completing the management degree is by getting exposure of it at the right time. I personally will suggest you with this answer. No personal grudges or offence against anyone. If I had to choose, then I would have gone with PIBM Pune.. Because it has great infrastructure, better learning technologies and skills available, great teaching skills with some expert teachers available.

Now depending upon the conditions you require, like placements, or infrastructure, or fun n fests, or location etc etc whichever factors you can see, accordingly choose the best one for you.
