Although both of the college are private, but among both BIT Meshra is the best one. The cutoff for meshra is quiet high. The quality of education and placement it provides is better than many of NITs and ofcourse MS Ramaiha.The NIRF ranking of BIT is quiet high over Ramaiha. If you are getting any good branch in MESHRA you should obiviously choose for it.
