while choice filling in state counseling of rajasthan only mbbs Colleges appeared no bds College was shown therefore I filled mbbs Colleges but I also filled an option of mbbs and bds both will I be eligible for bds College in this situation?

No need to worry your application will be valid for bds counselling.
