Why my mail I'D is not taken .is it another way to proceed

Dear aspirant,
Due to some technical problem, it may happen sometimes. But you definitely have to submit your Email id during fillip up the form. So i will recommend you not to proceed by other means, by using a fake or someone else email id. You should provide your own email-id.
So, try to proceed after sometimes. You will definitely be able to do it.
