will a 4th cutoff be there for DU entrance exam like five year integrated course in journalism?,rank till 3rd cutoff is 41. my rank is 42.

Yes you have chance to get in school of journalism.
Morever there is no official confirmation of du entrance exam about the 4 th cutoff .
It's predicted to be in August 1st week only .

thank you so much for your advice!! i also wanted to know that how can i contact DU about the seat availability in the college as the don't pick up calls and no one helps about enquiries at the college?
