Will I b able to register for ts eamcet 2nd round of counselling?

I hope you can still attend the first phase of counselling. Before which you need to pay the fees and book the slot for certificate verification. Once verification is done you can still be eligible for applying first counselling.

Yes you can sit in the second round of counselling in TS EAMCET but you must have done the certificate verfication procedure and have your user id with you and the procedure is same as that of the procedure followed in 1st round of counselling
