It's really difficult for you to get a seat in NITs. You need anything but above 95 percentile for SC. I would suggest you to go for other state level government colleges and try for other exams if you have filled the form.

I am very sorry to say that you may not be able to get any seat in NIT Rourkela even tough it's your home state.
After considering the JEE Main inputs, your probable rank will be 165,204 - 185,204 and your probable category rank range will be 8422 - 9422 .
For getting any seat there, your rank should be at least below 24000.
