No. Not applying for the SSP scholarship for one year does not change your admission quota from CET to Management.

Your admission quota is determined at the time of admission based on the seat through which you were allotted admission (such as CET, Management, or another quota). It does not change simply because you choose not to apply for an SSP scholarship.

If you were admitted through the CET quota , your admission will continue to be considered under the CET quota even if you skip the SSP scholarship for one or more years.
