While feeding ur choices they will just ask u to fill up the option of having any kind of criteria or reservation if u r having.There is no need to submit the certificate at that time but there will be one option for filling up the details of that certificate so u must have one.....whether it may be the previous one or the latest one.
But at the time of admission u must be present with the caste certificate and also with the NCL certificate to get the reservation benefit. At the centre chosen u must have the certificate filling the latest criteria....

Yes,they will ask for caste certificate if you are from reserved category at the time of counselling and if you don not show them ,your seat gets cancelled.
