For ba hons political science the eligibility criteria requires 55% marks in English or any other language. And inclusion of 3 other subjects from list b. One of these subjects need to be political science otherwise you will face deduction of 1%.

Now since you are from commerce background i am assuming you don't have political science, so your best of 4 will go down to 84.5% at this percentage it is difficult to get into any du college. If you have reservation you will get into South campus or off campus Colleges
