With this marks the chances are less for Private colleges also so I would suggest you the preparation of the exam for next year. Or you can go for paramedical courses.

You have less chances to get seat in MBBS/BDS course in Govt and private colleges as well. But if you want you can try for paramedical and ayush courses in private colleges.
