GKCIET Malda Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college provides a separate dorm for boys. There are more than 500 rooms accessible for students to utilise. They will provide Wi-Fi and the proper amount of air conditioning in their hostels.

The college has a medical officer with an M.B.B.S. to provide medical care. The medical centre helps with the medical needs of the staff and students around the clock.

The college has a library on the campus premises. It has a collection of books, periodicals, and current knowledge on a range of topics. Tens of thousands of books and publications, including worldwide academic and research periodicals, are available from other nations through them.

The college provides a bus facility from Malda to two pick-up points — Rathbari and Arabinda Park (Archana Chatrabas). The institute has very reasonable bus charges for the students and faculty members.

The college has established a Central Workshop of 880 sq. m. under the Department of Mechanical Engineering to facilitate teaching-learning and research activities of all departments. The central workshop has properly equipped and well-maintained facilities for both undergraduate and diploma students as per AICTE norms. Workshop and equipment include Machine shop, Welding shop, Carpentry shop, Fitting shop, Smithy & Forging shop, CAD/CAM design lab, general fabrication facilities, Milling, Turning machining center, Surface grinding, Metrology equipment, etc.
