You can get every IITs but branches will be different in different IITs. So, according to me choose the best branch and do not worry about the IITs ranking. Ranking does not matters what matters is the branch. So choose wisely.

It is pertinent to score 75% marks in your class XII and then clear the JEE Main entrance exam and then the JEE Advanced. If you clear the JEE Advanced exam, then only will you be eligible for admission to the IIT.
