Indian Institute of Technology
Overall both the IITs have their own share of advantages and disadvantages. Let me analyse your options.
If you want to pursue a Masters or Doctoral degree or perhaps want to move to the US or UK for Research purposes post Bachelors, I believe IIT BHU CSE is the best option. Many a times MnC graduates dont get admission at top US Universities including Stanford and Georgia in Computer Science and Engineering ,but they confuse and offer them admission in Pure Mathematics Departments. Overall besides India, MnC is not a very prevalent branch in any of the top foreign Institutions.
But, if your only target is securing a good placement.I believe MnC at IIT H has slightly better advantage to CSE IIT BHU. Being located near two of the top IT Hubs in India, Bengaluru and Hyderabad itself opens a sea of possibilities and opportunities in training and placements in fields of AI, Software and Machine Learning. Most of the Multinational Corporations like Apple, Microsoft and Google have their centres at one of the two IT Hubs.
The Infrastructure and Academia is another big advantage at IIT Hyderabad. Though only a little more than 10 years old, IIT Hyderabad has overtaken IIT BHU ,IIT Indore and IIT ISM Dhanbad to become the 8th Best IIT in India, next to the top 5 IITs and then IITR and IITG, perhaps due to its big locational advantage. After IITB, IITD and IITM , it is the only IIT to be located in a Metropolitan city.

You can check out previous year's JEE-Advanced cut-off for IITs kindly refer to the link given below :-

Hello There ,
According to your rank , it would be tough getting into iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .
JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -
1)IISC Bangalore
2)IISER
3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram
4)RGIPT
5)IIPE
These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

In case you dont have any personal choice of branch decide on one of the top 7 IITs in Chemical/Metallurgical/Production Engineering.
I believe you will easily secure a seat at IIT Kharagpur, Kanpur, Roorkee or Madras in Metallugical Engineering while you will get Chemical at IIT Hyderabad, Guwahati and IIT BHU at your Rank.
Production/Industrial Engineering at IIT Roorkee might also be an option.
Among the above options, you might find it confusing to decide on one. Perhaps you can choose the IIT which is at vicinity to your hometown.
You will find plenty of opportunities in the top 7 IITs to develop your interests and cultivate them over the period of 4 or 5 years. You will have options ranging for the Core sectors and PSUs to Non Core/IT/Software/Finance Sectors to going for Masters or Doctoral Studies abroad post Bachelors.
Hope that helps. I myself am from IIT KGP Metallurgical Engineering and have been in the same boat with a CRL of 4.7k. Comment below if any advice or fundae required.
