Some specific branches like metallurgy in some old IITs has eyesight requirements. Rest all have no issue regarding eyesight.
You have to submit some medical reports at the time of admission. They will even reverify your reports by doing an eye checkup in IITs.

Well, brother if you donot get any preferred college, filled in the JoSAA counseling, need not IIT in specific till 6th round, then you don;t require to pay the fees, as fees is paid only when the any of the filled seat is alloted to you.
