Can a student other than Karnataka apply for kcet

Yes, you can apply, however, you will not be able get admission in Government engineering colleges as they are reserved for candidates who belong to Karnataka. You can just take the test. But, you can definitely apply for and appear in COMEDK UGET or Uni-Guaze, which are the entrance examinations for admission to private engineering institutes in Karnataka and there no such eligibility clause is there for outside Karnataka candidates or candidates who belong to other states. So, you have admission chances there if you qualify.
