The Counselling for NEET 2021 will be done after the NEET results are declared and the results are expected to be declared with next few days. Now the counseling for NEET 2021 for seat allotment might be held in November and December.
So if your EWS Certificate is valid until December 2021 which in your case is valid as your certificate is expiring in March 2022, then you are fine and you can use that Certificate during document verification.
You would have needed to reapply for EWS certificate only if it was expiring before counseling, which in your case is not required.

• Aspirants must register themselves on the official website of (UPSC) Union Public Service Commission that is
upsconline.nic.in
• Click on Part-1 and then you have to fill in your personal details.
• After completion, you wil receive a registration ID after which you should proceed to fill the Part-2 of the application form.
• You will be then asked to pay the fees and after successful transaction, you are asked to choose the centre of examination
• Finally you will have to upload your photo and signature and then check the declaration and then submit the form.
• The paper is done in format - Paper 1 and Paper 2 on same day. Paper 1 is for Mathematics and paper 2 is for General Ability Test.

If you are having a EWS certificate of year 2020 you can not apply or verify it for your certificate verification in 2021
You should renew the certificate and the certificate will be valid from 2021-2022 . This will help you for certificate verification . hope this will help you
To be eligible for Neet examination one needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December in the year of appearing for the examination
Now,
With your date of birth on 20th March 2006 , you will be 17 years old on 20th March 2023 i. e before 31st December 2023 and thus you will become eligible for Neet in 2023 i. e for neet 2023
Also,
To be eligible for neet 2023 one must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2023 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
