Hello aspirant,
The previous year’s cut off for JSS Medical College was 463 marks (Mop-up round) and for Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, it was 595 marks. Seeing the cut off trend and your score, you have good chances of getting JSS Medical College, Mysore since it is a deemed university too. Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, being a government institute requires 600+ marks. Other deemed colleges in Karnataka you can get at this score are-
BLDE University, Bijapur
JNMC, Belgavi
KS Hegde Medical College, Mangalore
SDU Medical College, Kolar
Yenepoya Medical College, Mangalore

Hi,
I'm very sorry to break it to you that these marks are not enough to get you into any government medical college through eiter AIQ or your state quota counselling ie Arunachl pradesh (according to your profile)
According to previous years' cutoffs, there is only a sliver of chance for you to get bds seat in the following colleges -
ESIC Dental College, Gulbarga
Regional Institute of Medical Science, Imphal
And in the following colleges to get a government bams seat -
Government Ayurveda Medical College, Guwahati
Dr. J.K. Saikia Homeopathic Medical College, Jorhat

Hello aspirant, there are not many deemed universities with fees less than 14 lpa in tamil nadu and karnataka. But u can try for self financing colleges like
No, it won't affect your future if you choose medical career after drops. If you will choose engineering then it will affect in getting jobs but if you choose to become a doctor then it won't be affecting your career at all.
All the best!
Hello Chitra,
It is difficult to determine which colleges you can get for your NEET UG score because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
It is difficult to get A Category seat in Private Medical Colleges in Telangana based on previous year's cut-offs for your NEET UG score. So, you can try for Management quota seats in Telangana Medical Colleges.
Go through previous year's NEET UG cut-offs of Telangana Medical and Dental Colleges using below mentioned link.

You can predict Colleges you can get for your NEET UG Rank using below mentioned College Predictor Tool.
I hope this information will help you.

Your score of 448 in neet 2022 is least likely to get you a government seat in either mbbs, bds, or bams unless you belong to st or sc category. It is so because the competition is very high as the ratio of seat number to no. of students is very low.
Other than these three courses, you can opt for other medicine related courses such as-
If you are flexible enough to divert from medical background, you can go for BSc agriculture or B. Sc Biotechnology.
