It is difficult to determine which colleges you can get for your NEET UG score because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4.
Your score of 448 in neet 2022 is least likely to get you a government seat in either mbbs, bds, or bams unless you belong to st or sc category. It is so because the competition is very high as the ratio of seat number to no. of students
