It's usually the same in all the universities that if the upgraded college isn't taken then the first one is retained.
There might be chance that itsi not the same in the college you are talking about(no name is mentioned here) so it's better to ask the university people
Based on your score the chances are less for All India Quota & state quota saets also. You can not expect good private college or deemed university but you can try only for deemed & private colleges Management quota seats.
