NATA is conducted by the council of architecture and is mandatory for admission into first year B.Arch courses across all the colleges and institutes in India.
Whereas JEE (AAT) is conducted by national testing agency and is mandatory for getting admission into B.Arch program offered by IITs.

Hi, considering your NATA marks it is very difficult to get into Mcgan's ooty school of architecture. You can always give it a shot. It is difficult to say whether which college will take admissions at this score because the cut-offs are not officially released. You can check the below
