For doing B.tech CSE the fees completely depend on which type of college you have chosen. For iits and nits the fee structure is approx 1 lakh per semester like for IIT DELHI the tuition fee is 1 Lakh per semester and admission fee is Rs 15000.

I can give you an idea about the yearly fees for Sastra college.
The amount to be given as fees is different in every year.
In the first year, it is INR 1,47,000 lac.
In the second, third and fourth year, it is INR 1,31,000 lac.
