According to previous years cuttoffs it will be difficult for you to get ECE in VIT VELLORE campus as its cuttoffs are high around 14000 to 13000. You have a chances of getting a seat in ECE in CHENNAI campus as its cutoffs are around 35000.

I m very sorry to say its very tough to get a seat in either Chennai or vellore as you have very bad rank but there si quite good chances getting in Bhopal for greater knowledge check the link below
