The first round cutoff for Bsc honours Comp science in Hans Raj college is 97.25 and my best of 4 is 96.5 ! Can I get it in hans raj college in the subsequent rounds or not?????

Era Madaria 11th Oct, 2020

Hi Student

Hansraj comes in one of the top colleges of DU so it might be a bit difficult to get a seat in subsequent cutoffs .

I would suggest you to secure your seat in next best college you are getting and then wait for the further cutoff list to release.

Below is the Medical Mop-up round Eligibility Criteria KEA and the steps to follow

  • Candidates who have been allotted any Medical seat either in First Round (Choice 1 & 2) or in the Second Round are not eligible to participate.
  • the candidates who have been allotted any seat under All India Quota / Deemed University / ESIC / any state boards etc are not allowed to participate
  • Candidates who have not exercised any option/choice in the first round and any option in the second round are not eligible for mop-up round.
  • Candidates who have joined the college after allotment of seats in the first round or second round of All India Counseling including Counseling for Deemed Universities are  not eligible for mop-up round.

Can the seats get filled in the 1st round only?

nishant sharma 11th Oct, 2020

Hello student ,

As you have not mentioned about which course you are asking for . That's it would be tough to suggest you exactly anything but still seat filling depends upon the number of students applied for the counselling , if there are large number of students in 1st round of counselling under the cut off demands of the colleges seat gets filled in first round only but if there are less students applied for counselling then chances are there of vacant seats .

Hope it helps !

Can i get admission in 2 colleges at the same time if i get them in 1st cutoff?

vishesh kumar 11th Oct, 2020

Hi,

I would like to inform you that you can't get admissions into two colleges at the same time via same counselling. You can only get two colleges at the same time if you have filled for two different counselling such as JoSAA along with state college counselling, But at last, you can have only a seat in any of the college.

can i do eco h with ca which has more scope bcom.or eco

Era Madaria 11th Oct, 2020

Hi Student

SCOPE AFTER B.COM.

B.Com (Hons.) is a job oriented programme and is ideal for students who want to gain work experience in business-oriented organisations after their graduation. With its business and management approach, the programme has a great scope in the management sector as well. From audit companies to big corporate houses, all firms require commerce graduates with a good understanding of taxation, accounting and management.

SCOPE AFTER ECONOMICS

Economics (Hons.) has gained a lot of popularity amongst recruiters lately. After completing graduation, students have a lot of opportunities in the banking sector, financial consultancies, economic institutions, etc. However, the best path would be to pursue post-graduation i.e. M.A. in Economics or an MBA in Finance. MBA enables economics aspirants to get high-paying jobs in the financial sector

While choosing either of the courses mentioned above, you must consider your preferences carefully. If you are looking forward to a career in the accounting and taxation field then B.Com (Hons.) is the right programme for you. However, banking and finance aspirants will find Economics (Hons.) more productive.

Trisha Bhattacharyya 11th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

It is difficult to predict about exact colleges since the cutoffs, percentiles and availability of seats in the successive rounds of counselling vary each year. Your general rank is very low and with this you may not get into the top colleges, but try to avail your state quota and see how that works for you.

To know about the exact colleges, use the college predictor tool; https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer Hope this helps you.
