Dear Aspirant, according to the minimum eligibility criteria for JOSAA counseling, one should have 75% marks in 12th board examinations. But as the percentage is 74.8, then he/she is not eligible for JOSSA counseling. One can try for private colleges where the minimum percentage criteris is less than 75%.
