To get admission in B.E. course, you may walk into any college and get admitted into the respective course. The degree course is generally of 4 years. Most of the universities ask for entrance exam score. Therefore you may choose any of the entrance exam and prepare for that such as JEE, COMEDK, BITSAT, VITEEE, KITEEE, etc.. Clearing the cut-off for respective college for Computer science, you will be eligible to apply for B.E. Course in Computer science branch in that particular college.

Being Non-resident of Karnataka, candidate may apply for any entrance exam, in which he wishes to get admitted. There are several entrance exam for admission in B.E. programmes, refer the below link for the list of all engineering entrance exams:
