Dear aspirant,
Congratulations on your rank !! It is a very good rank in UPSEE 2019.
So, firstly if you belong to genaral category, then probably you wont be able to get admission in CSE in IET, Lucknow. But, there are higher chances of getting a seat in Information technology and other branches too as the closing rank for IT is around 900. So, CSE would be possible if you have any reservation. So , don't worry and better choose Information technology which is almost the sane as that of CSE and stay positive !!

Yes previous year cutoff was around 403 for round 1 and every year the cutoff varies and it is highly unpredictable. So, be patient and wait for the counselling sessions to happen and then you can conclude accordingly.
