VIT counselling usually happens in 4 phases . Each phase is based on the rank you got in the VITEEE exam. Higher rank students are called first.
You choose your campus and course during your phase. If seats are full in one phase, you can try in the next phase. It's all done online step-by-step, and you get clear dates for each phase.
