Hey Aspirant !
Your question seems a bit unclear.
As far as all IITs are concerned, each and everyone of them are funded by Central Govt. and there is no involvement of any Private Institute or Organization howsoever.
Be it in any State of the India, the IITs are public autonomous Institutes of India.

IITs are some of the premier institute in india. There are set up by government of India and look after by Human resources development ministry. So there is no point of private IITs and also copyright of names is with GoI.
So, there can't exist any private IITs in whole India. There is one IIT hyderabad.
