Well, like most of the engineering colleges, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology has two criteria for getting admission. One is on the basis of your JEE score and the other one is on the basis of your 12th class percentage (PCM OR PCB). The division of seats for the above two is 70% and 30% respectively. @ Mode 1 :- In this mode admission is taken on the basis of JEE-Main merit. For this mode you have to secure good marks in JEE-Main examination.

@ Mode 2 :- In this mode admission is taken on the basis of 10+2 merit. For this you have to secure good marks in Intermediate exams.

Application process :-

• Now you have to fill out the application form online by selecting Mode 2.
• Upload all necessary documents.
