To be eligible for iiser 2020 , :-
1.Candidates must have passed their class 12th or equivalent in 2019. Candidates currently in their class 12th and are likely to pass in 2020 are also eligible to apply
2.Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in the qualifying examination
3.Candidates who have studied Biology, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc. along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are also eligible
4.Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks or first grade or equivalent grade in their Class 12thor equivalent examination.
Thus , from 1st point, it is clear that you are not eligible.

IISc BS Eligibility Criteria 2019- Candidates who wish to get enrolled in the undergraduate degree programme must check the eligibility criteria of IISc BS before applying. IISc BS 2019 eligibility criteria has been set for the candidates which they must meet to get admission in the desired degree programmes. As per the eligibility criteria of IISc BS, candidates who meet the set criteria and have secured the minimum marks in their 10+2 (or equivalent) will only be offered the seat. The Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore will offer admission for Bachelor of Science throughJEE Main, JEE Advanced and KVPY to the candidates.
