Can candidates from other states apply for KCET 2019?

Hello.

Students of other states can attempt KCET, however, in order to be eligible for the counseling process, the student needs to have completed at least 7 years of education in the state.

You will be eligible for KCET if you have studied for at least 7 years in any Government institution of Karnataka and also meet the other basic eligibility criteria as set by the Karnataka Examination Authority.

no!! the other state cannot write KCET since the eligibility is you must be studied in karnataka for atleast for 8 years to give a KCET
