Hello Aspirant;

Look in August, almost every college's / universities in India have started their session. So, it's impossible to get in college after the compartment exams. I am talking bout the good / renowned institution of India. It's possible that you may found some college. But they are just going to give you degree after the completion , nothing other than that.
