can i get admission in bit sindri if seats in any branch remains vacant after second counselling with 70 percentile in jee main

If difficult to exactly predict what will be the scenario this year, but with a percentile of 70 your expected JEE main rank will be 260703. considering you belong to general category the chances seems to be less.
I will suggest you to try better in April session exam.
