at your rank of 7052 it is difficult to get electronics and computer engineering at manipal but you may get electronics and electrical engineering. you can check this by the previous year data at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/met-cutoff .

The previous year cut off for admission in Electronic and Computer Engineering branch in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal main campus was a rank of 4820. Hence you might have less chances for admission in this branch and better chances in other branches and other campuses of Manipal.
But also keep in mind that the cut off changes each year due to various factors like level of difficulty, competition, personal choices of people ranked above you etc.
