Yes you can get if seats are vacant after physical. reporting in these college. But chances are very less. Currently, Closing rank for these colleges for IT is around 2900. Your rank is far away from these ranks. So you can estimate your chances.

Hello mam i got mechanical in knit sultnpur in 3rd round but i want to go for spot counselling so that i can get iet lucknow my general rank is 3175..what should i do now shld i freeze or float my seat or do physical reporting then leave my seat..i m cnfused plzz mam

what about IT branch in jss noida?
If you have good rank, then go with FW seat. IT in JSS is very good.
