Can I study cse in not good university and the n write GATE to get into iit....?Is there AI and ML in PG for mtech in iit...?Please give a detailed answer

Yes, definitely you can study in any of College and write GATE on fulfilling the eligiblity. Through GATE score you can get job in PSUs and also admission for higher studies in IITs and IISc.
You can study ML and AI in top IITs during MTech in IIT- delhi, Bombay IISc Banglore and other IITs.
