The answer for yourquestion is basically a 'no' because in Undia to get a seat for mbbs or bds courses from either government or private medical colleges one has to appear for neet exam of that particular year inwhich he/she wishes to take the admission.
So, if you wants to do mbbs from any private medical college of India this year, then you have ro appear in neet 2020 exam as it is mandatory.
