The general closung rank for CSE at NIT patna was around 15000 on 2018 and before that

But the last year the closing rank has came down to very low extent. For OS- 19539 and HS- 29652.

There is large deviations in last year trend. It may be due to first time NTA. So, to secure NIT-P get rank under 15000 rank.

I'll guide you with that. In 2017, the closing rank cutoff for btech CSE in NIT PATNA was 7,229 rank for general unreserved category. Obviously you haven't mentioned your category so I'm assuming you belong to unreserved General category. In 2016, it had a closing rank cutoff of 16569.
