Hi Manish!

Every college has its own PWD percent critieria and in order to get a seat in that one need to has a minimum percentile of it.

According to the given percentile,i.e 8 percentile which is low than the majorty PWD percentage of the colleges in India. Moreover, the college considers the PWD certificate issued by the local district hospital and should have the sign of the commitee members which examined the person.
