Noone between the two - BE or B.Tech is better or less in terms of validity or applicability. It's just the difference in name that makes them BE and B.Tech, otherwise there is no other difference. So you can freely choose anyone of the two. Both are equally valid and offers equal job opportunities.

It's just that some states or engineering institutes call it or offer only B.Tech or only B.E. programmes as per the approval they have got.

You can freely choose B.E. or B.Tech depending on the institute you plan to take admission and the programmes offered by that particular institute.

There is no much big difference between B.E and B.Tech and both the degrees serve same values.

No degree is superior over other. The only difference between both the degrees is B.tech is a practical course and B.E is theoretical course.
