Please remember that the cutoff depends on a host of factors, including the number of application received for admission, seats available and category of the candidate, so it may vary from department to depart and year to year.

Last year, the opening and closing ranks for OBC candidates were 82 and 127 respectively. So, as you can see the competition is relly high and you need to get a very good score to stand a chance of admission.

The last year cut off rank for OBC in IIT, Kharagpur for Computer Science and Engineering was 288(opening) and 451(closing). Hope this helps.
