Hey Nikhil,
For admission in Btech you can Give exam if UPSEE. And other state engineering exams. Because when it comes to IIT. It doesn't has an option of lateral entry for Diploma students. But still You can appear in UPSEE get into Some top Government Institute like IET,BIET,MMMIT, through lateral entry.

Hello student I'm sorry to inform you that you can't get admission in IIT, Kharagpur even if you have secured good aggregate marks in your Diploma Electrical Engineering course from a Government recognised Institute. Diploma holders are not eligible to get lateral entry admission in IITs for pursuing B.Tech course.
