Do i need to submit my original TC & MC of graduation for admin into PG course..?

Yes definitely , you will need Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from the previous course in order to join a new one. Mainly as you going for a PG course , the very eligibility is based on your graduation so they are for sure going to need proof that you have completed your under graduation successfully without any backlogs .However , if you are under a special or problematic circumstance that you are unable to get your certificated immediately but need to join the PG course as soon as possible , then you may reach out to the college admission body and produce a written proof from your previous college stating the reason for the delay in the process and that you have completed your degree there. If the respective college your are applying to accepts it then you will have time , note that it depends on the college , such things vary with each college so you need to contact them directly to see your options.

i have completed my degree from bangalore university 2k17 , then came to native place for doing masters masters ,that i have dropped after 1 year paid all da dues of 1 year, my degree original is with them , hell they r not giving it back, at this circumstances , i donno wat to do, whenever i ask them they said TC is meant for transfer , we cannot hand it over to u, i told them nicely i have bought my TC and hand over to u , both r different college , they r teeling me , wherever u ll get admin in future , we ll transfer it, but if i wont take admission , so they ll be retain forever , is there any way i can back my degree TC from them, ur opinion
