Do i only have to provide my pwd certificate for admission in NSUT and DTU through JAC DELHI... i am outside delhi pwd candidate

See JAC Delhi has somewhat same procedure of admission like any other counselling that takes place. If you are alloted a seat in any of the rounds since you are a PwD candidate you will definitely have to submit the certificate along with verification of all other academic documents they ask for and you will be fine.
