Do we need a domicile for the state quota, or a 12th pass certificate is enough for the state quota in DTU?

85% of the total seat intake at the 4 participating institutes of JAC Delhi are reserved for Delhi Region candidates. The candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from any recognised school/college/institute situated within the National Capital Territory is considered as Delhi Region so if you fulfill this criteria then you are eligile to apply for JAC Delhi counseling.
