Boards percentage will also play an important role so I would suggest you to focus on Boards portion first. After Boards Examinations are over, resume your preparations for the entrance examination.
It will be difficult to cover whole 11th standard portion after Boards examination. But don't lose hope. Since in 12th standard the basics of 11th are required , some portion gets covered in it. Prepare the chapters in which you have confidence. Whichever chapter you study; study them so well that you can solve any question from that particular chapter.
Solve Multiple Choice Questions everyday. Also give equal attention to every subject as they are all equally important.
The chapters you find difficult or not so interesting; study them in the morning. Revise everything at the end of the day. Prepare a timetable and follow it.
Do not learn few few things from every chapter (Because we do not know which few things can come and which cannot). If you have taken a chapter, complete it fully then move on to next.
Make notes of formulas and shortcuts that you encounter while solving multiple choice questions. These are helpful to find direct answers for particular conditions given in questio in examination.
Also refer past year papers to be familiar with the types of question that come in exam.
