No, JGEC onlu accepts admission in btech on the basis if Wbjee only. You have to appear in the exam moreover need to pass it's cutoff to get admission. The cutoff for different brabcbra isn't released by the college yet but by looking at previous year's cutoffs I could tell you that you need to score a rank below 20k to get the core branches is you're a general category student.
