We understand your concerns. Well the cutoff ranks, ie the closing rank for a particular course you want to get information about, depends upon the category you belong from. I am listing the closing ranks for computer science and engineering at Dayananda Sagar college of engineering, bqngalore for different categories:
General merit
1st rd: 2361
2nd rd: 2791
Hyderabad Karnataka
1st rd: 11994
2nd rd: 16533

We understand your concerns. However, you might get admissions in the most favourable case, in the second round, if you are a general merit candidate, based on the previous years closing ranks and if you have a category, the possibility of getting a seat is higher. However, don't take risks on counseling process and you should go for other colleges also.
