Ece has almost differnet syllabus than CS then how do ece guy get software placement???Why is it more compared to EE ???

To get placed in software companies, a student needs to learn a programming language, data structures and algorithms, software testing, database management, operating system, etc. It does not matter whether you belong to Ece or not. Some software companies allow students from other branches like Ece or Electrical to sit in their placement process.
If a student from another branch wants a job in an IT company, he/she should know the subjects required along side with their own branch's syllabus.
EEE and ECE both have electronics part in their curriculum, that is why they are considered similar. They are different in many ways though.

but we see almost each ece guy placed in software company compared to ee or mechanical or other branches although it's syllabus is quite different from cs ???What is reason for that

Because in most of the colleges, very less core companies visit for placement. While there are a lot of software jobs in market in comparison.
