Geoinformatics and natural resources engineering scope and placement from IIt Bombay.

Hello Aspirant,

Geoinformatics and natural resources is an emerging branch and it has very wide range of scope in research field but the thing is if you have proper interest in this field only then opt for this.

Because don't select this branch just because it is IIT Bombay. Ultimately you have do masters in this field because doing only bachelor's won't be feasible.

The placements are good and the opportunities such doing internships in abroad are quite good. You can also get direct admission in some good colleges just on the basis of your cg score in IIT Bombay.

These branches are the one which has very low scope in terms of placement. If you go behind the branch than, you will find it difficult after 4 years to get job in core company. But looking at IIT Bombay, it gives a brand to you. You can go for IT sector, analytics sector, financial etc.during placement if company allows you   to sit for it. And also by CGPA you can change branch after 1 year.

So decide by yourself if you want to get BTech from IITB or get good branch from other or lower IITs
